Our general terms of sale and delivery


Purchase

A purchase agreement is due only when ESSKA.se Teknik AB has confirmed the order either by fax or by E-mail. In the order confirmation all costs are listed. We reserve the right to always be able to correct inaccuracies concerning price, delivery time, mistakes and other inaccuracies.

We also disclaim price changes, printing errors (in our shop or in order confirmation) and stock changes in time between your order and the order confirmation. Pictures and photos of the products on our home page can differ from reality.

Price

All prices are in EUR. Swedish VAT of 25% is used. Freight charges are not included.
For orders under 50 EUR (net) a surcharge of 8,90 EUR (netto) is added.

Deliveries- delivery time

Normal delivery time is 3-14 days from when you have received our order confirmation. In special cases (e.g. when the supplier is not German), the product has to be manufactured etc. the delivery time can be longer. In some cases several weeks longer. The approximate delivery time is specified in the order confirmation. You can get more information concerning delivery times if you contact info@esska.se .

The freight charge is 7,90 EUR net. That is only for goods that can be sent by parcel service, not for goods that according to weight or size has to be sent by a forwarding agent.

If the delivery is delayed because of reasons that are beyond our control (such as delay from our suppliers), we will inform you by Email or by telephone. We will do all in our power to fulfill your order. There are things that may occur which can make it impossible to deliver. That is for example when our supplier fails to fulfill our order. We reserve the right not to be in charge of any compensation towards our customers concerning delayed deliveries. The delivery is made according to our delivery and payment terms.

Damaged goods

When the goods arrive, inspect the goods immediately. If the goods somehow is damaged it has to be reported to the forwarder within 72 hours. If the package is damaged do not accept the delivery. Let it return to the supplier. Please contact info@esska.se

Terms of payment

Esska.SE Teknik AB indicate prices ex Swedish VAT of 25 % as long as nothing else is stated. Freight charges will be added. Payment terms are invoice 14 days (2,90 EUR fee will be charged) (credit control), credit card, PayPal account or payment in advance.

Right of Reclaim, right of withdrawal, warranty, exchange

As a private customer you can claim your 14 days right of withdrawal (according to Swedish law). The right of withdrawal counts from the day that you receive the goods.

If you regret your purchase and resend the product to us we cancel the order and refund the money in case the goods is already paid. The regretted product shall always be returned unaltered and in the original package. The customer is responsible for the goods during the resending for example if the product is damaged or is lost during transport.

If you want a product in exchange for example another size or color you return the product and place a new order in our web shop. The payment is made according to our general terms. When we receive the return shippment, we will refund the value of the goods.

On withdrawal or exchange it is you as a customer that is in charge for the freight cost of the return.

If you return defective goods ESSKA.se Teknik AB is in charge of the freight cost.

Esska.se Teknik AB have a 1 year warranty on all products and 3 years of reclaim according to Swedish law. When the warranty of one year has passed it is the customer who has to prove that the goods was defective from the beginning. The order confirmation or invoice needs to be presented on reclaim or warranty claims. Keep the document in a safe place.

Company customers always have a guarantee of at least one year. The guarantee from our suppliers may differ.

If you as a company customer regret the purchase, please contact info@esska.se .The customer is in charge of the return freight and an administration fee of 20% of the price of the goods is charged.

If the goods is defective you can resend the goods free of charge if you contact Esska.se Teknik AB within a reasonable time.

Always fill in the return form http://www.esska.se/esska_se/pdfdat_neu/retursedel.pdf and place it in the package.

The order confirmation or invoice needs to be presented on reclaim or warranty claims. Keep the document in a safe place.

Custom made products can not be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation of orders

We reserve the right to cancel an order if there are obvious misprints, wrong prices or in cases of force majeure.
